Once you have chosen your car, we will secure it for you. Before we purchase the vehicle on your behalf, full payment must be received. Once payment has been made, we take care of everything from there.

Payment

There is nothing to pay upfront to start your search.

Once you have selected a vehicle and we have secured it on your behalf, full payment for the vehicle must be made before we purchase it.

We will not purchase any vehicle until cleared funds have been received.

Cancellations

As each vehicle is sourced specifically to the customer's requirements, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations due to a change of mind once the vehicle has been purchased on the customer's behalf.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all vehicle details, photographs and information provided before instructing us to proceed with the purchase.

General

All sourced vehicles undergo a professional inspection and road test.

All required servicing and maintenance will be completed before collection.

All vehicles come with a minimum 6‑month MOT and a free 6‑month warranty.

Timescales depend on market availability and your requirements.

Vehicles are prepared for collection from us once all checks and preparation work have been completed.

We reserve the right to decline unrealistic sourcing requests.
