Vehicle Reservation Deposit Policy

To reserve a vehicle, CarMoose requires a £199 reservation deposit. This deposit temporarily removes the vehicle from sale and guarantees that no other customer can purchase it while you arrange your viewing.

Refund Conditions

• The deposit is fully refundable once you attend your arranged viewing.

  
  

• If, after viewing the vehicle, you decide not to proceed, the deposit will be refunded in full without any pressure or obligation.

Non‑Refundable Conditions

• If you reserve a vehicle but do not attend your viewing, the deposit becomes non‑refundable.

  
  

• This is because the vehicle has been held exclusively for you, taken off the market, fully valeted again and unavailable to other interested buyers. Any period where a car is not for sale carries a financial cost and may result in missed opportunities.

Viewing Timeframe

• Viewings should be arranged within a reasonable timeframe to ensure the vehicle is not held indefinitely.
